A special thank you to our generous donors who have already helped us to raise $10,000 of our $20,000 goal for this special program.

Providing young people with the opportunity to attend conferences across the country allows them to grow in their faith while developing a solid community of peers who share the same faith and values as theirs. Those who may be discerning a vocation are often inspired by others at these events to do so, and to ask questions of those who have already answered the call to serve.

For many, the cost of these conferences with travel expenses is not affordable. Having a way to sponsor these young people in the future and support continuing vocation initiatives will help to ensure more vocations for our Diocese.

Our goal as a Diocese is to send at least fifty students from our Campus Ministry Programs to the 2026 SEEK Conference. We are actively looking for sponsors for those students who need financial assistance to attend.

SEEK is the annual conference hosted by the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS). The 5-day conference shares the mercy, truth, and love of Jesus Christ through dynamic talks, time for prayer, daily Mass, and inspiring entertainment.

This year, the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) reported 16% of priests ordained last year attended the SEEK conference, and 10 men have entered the seminary from Stony Brook University.
